USED BOOK SALE-DONATIONS WELCOME:This Wednesday through Friday (June 8-10) we will be accepting donations of gently used Kindergarten through 8th Grade level books for our Used Book Sale to be held the day of our Flag Day Celebration (June 13th).
FOURTH GRADE PARENTS NEEDED: Every year parents of 4th graders assist at the 5th Grade Graduation so that parents of graduating kids can celebrate with their families. We are in need of individuals who will be able to help plan/set up and clean up at our graduation ceremony next week. Are you available on June 14th at 9a.m.? FIRE SAFETY ALARM: Dear Parents/Guardians: I wanted to communicate with you that the fire alarm was activated today at approximately 12:45PM in the cafeteria. A maintenance worker triggered the arm when cleaning an area that contained a large amount of dust. The firm alarm went off and the students and staff responded in an appropriate manner. The Stamford Fire Department arrived at the school quickly and investigated the situation. The students and staff entered the building shortly after the inspection and the regular school day continued. I am very proud of the students for SOARing to Success as always. SPRING CONCERTS: The Instrumental Spring Concert is tomorrow, June 7th. Concert times are 10:00am, 1:45pm, and 6:30pm. We hope to see you all there in support of our students!
